.: license agreement purchase and return policy :.
1. PURCHASES. Non-returnable purchases meeting a minimum order requirement of 5 units will receive a 40% discount. This discount must be requested in advance on the purchase order or with your sales representative. NOTICE OF SHORTAGE OR NON-RECEIPT must be made within thirty days of the shipping/invoice date for domestic shipments and sixty days for international.

2. OUR BOOKS ARE RETURNABLE. If a title isn't moving in your market, we want to get it back before a new edition makes it obsolete. Thank you for giving it a chance on your valuable shelf space. Our return period is after ninety days and within one year of the publisher's invoice date, however, we will accept the book for return after one year as long as the edition is still in print. To keep our products current, we update our titles every one to two years. A CREDIT MEMO will be issued toward further purchases.

3. RETURN PERMISSION MUST BE REQUESTED and the detailed packing and shipping instructions followed. BOOKS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT are not the responsibility of the publisher. Please make claim to the carrier.

4. RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR PACKING SLIP listing QUANTITY, TITLE, AUTHOR, ORIGINAL INVOICE NUMBER AND INVOICE DATE. Books returned with this information will be credited with 100% of the invoice price minus shipping. Return books to their original source. Some books have been returned to us when they should have been directed to one of our wholesalers. ROUTING or shipping books should be via Parcel Post book rate prepaid or UPS prepaid to TwinAtaa/Sanaa Village Publications, 3025 Lytle Drive Nashville, TN 37218

5. REFUND CRITERIA. To qualify for a refund, returned books must arrive in good RESALABLE CONDITION with no price stickers. If they are not resalable, please do not return. MARK DOWN OPTION for many bookstores is far more cost effective by simply marking down the books to move them out.

6. PACKAGING TIPS. To package the product so that they will survive the trip, we suggest you wrap them in the same way that they were sent to you. Place the stacked product in a plastic bag to keep out dirt, grease and grit from creeping between the covers. To keep the product from shifting and scuffing, cut a shipping carton to the right size and stuff it tightly. Since it has been our experience that product shipped loose in oversize bags always arrive scuffed, it is our policy to simply refuse them at the post office so that they will be returned to the bookstore.
